I believe that people who use food as a crutch and a coping mechanism, aren't that different from those who use drugs, alcohol and sex to numb themselves. You can just tell by looking at us what our vice is. Chocolate covered almonds are my kryptonite, blogging is my therapy.

My first attempt at fish tacos.
If you knew me, you would know what a huge deal this is. Despite being from an island located in the North Atlantic ocean, I kinda don't like seafood. But. But....*I* cooked with fish last night! By myself, for myself.
And then I consumed it!
Like, whoa.
No recipe, because I so rarely use them, choosing instead to gather ideas and make it all up as I go along.
Panko-breaded tilapia cooked with a smidge of coconut oil
Chopped up spinach
Avocado
Teeny-tiny bit of grated cheese
Peach mango salsa
Tortilla
YUM.
Small beans to some, but a really big deal for me.

This looks really good. I've been making fish tacos for about a year now and just a few times ago I finally changed something in the recipe. I am gonna have to try your ingredients! The good news is that I live in San Antonio, TX where you can always buy fresh (still warm) tortillas!!
